These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kidix platform ("the Service"), provided by Early Edu AI. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Kidix provides AI-assisted documentation, planning, and compliance tools for early childhood education professionals. The Service is designed as a support tool — all AI-generated content is intended to be reviewed, edited, and approved by a qualified professional educator before use.
Kidix uses artificial intelligence to assist with documentation. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should always be reviewed by a qualified professional. Kidix provides tools and drafts; the educator makes the final professional judgement.
Your educational content, observations, and documentation remain your intellectual property. Kidix retains ownership of the platform, its underlying technology, and AI models. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Credits reset each billing period. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing through the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
The Service is provided "as is." Early Edu AI is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Educators and Approved Providers retain full professional responsibility for all documentation and compliance matters.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
