We never use your observations, documents, or any children's data to train AI models — ever. Zero third-party data sharing. Your content is yours alone.
Children's personal information is strictly protected with advanced privacy controls. Staff access is limited, logged, and role-based — nothing more than necessary.
You retain full ownership of all educational content. Edit, delete, or export your data in standard formats at any time — your documents, your control.
Every Kidix account — educator and parent — is connected through invitation-based access. Parents verify their identity with unique invitation codes; team members are added by centre administrators.
Our privacy framework is aligned with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), NQS Quality Area 7, and relevant state-based early childhood regulations.

AI-generated content is a professional resource. Educators and Approved Providers remain the legal authors and decision-makers for all documentation.
All AI-generated content should be reviewed and approved by a qualified educator before use. Kidix supports your judgement — it does not substitute it.
Cancel your subscription whenever you choose. Access continues through the current billing period. Export your data within 30 days of cancellation.
Credits reset each billing period. Fair use limits apply — no hidden caps or surprise charges. Credit Boosters are available if you need extra mid-cycle.
